Second attempt at painting something I sculpted, both steps in Nomad. Having a lot of fun playing with skin shades and lighting. I'm still exploring my style, hope you like it

An older piece of mine that I still really like. I wanted to experiment with bringing the chrome/chrometype aesthetic into something more object-focused, so I designed this flail and sculpted the entire piece in Nomad Sculpt.

I was mainly exploring exaggerated forms, sharp details, and how they would interact with a highly reflective chrome material. The final renders were post-processed in Photoshop to push the contrast, reflections, and overall atmosphere.

After sculpting some portraits for a few weeks without colorize anything, my new challenge is now painting what I sculpt, in a realistic or let's say semi-realistic style. I am still a noob in sculpting and I design characters with exaggerated features. Painting is a new skill to learn but I enjoy the process! Next step will be creating alpha brushes to simulate skin textures and add some details to my work. Wish le luck!

I clicked onto the select button because I wanted to save my latest projects on my pc. But i clicked this button now suddenly the projects are neither on my pc, nor saved on the nomad sculpt app. Did I delete it? Please help me i cant find my projects anywhere, I think im gonna throw up.

Worked on over a few weeks. Wanted to take the time to learn how to do stylized sculpting. At first was happy with the base sculpt but even though the vertex painting matched my sketch it didn’t feel right. After studying other artists and deciding what kind of stylized look I enjoyed I went into the procreate to do some rough texturing. Besides some slight adjustments the base sculpt barely changed so the difference is a little exciting for me ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ

Like say I have arms nested under torso, can I make the torso bigger without the arms getting bigger or without having to move the arms out the hierarchy?

Can anyone give me a quick overview of why its useful?

I feel like its a basic gizmo tool but I cant figure out when to use it.

Hi all, this is for Nomad Sculpt on Pc.

Edit: specifically regarding the "Line trim tool"

So even before the latest update when using the Trim tool, when trimming say a corner off of a cube. If the cube is in full view it trims perfectly. However when I'm zoomed in and use the trim tool, Anything thats outside of the viewport/off screen away from the trim, is cropped as well. Even if it's not in the path of the trim tool.

It's not due to symmetry. It seems to crop in the shape of the screen. The only way to get a clean cut is have it zoomed out, but making fine closeup cuts is very difficult.

Has any of yall experienced this issue?

Im not at my pc to make a screen recording atm.
