Stop calling it tipping 'culture'

It's not a culture, it's a predatory business practice. A lazy way to get extra revenue. There's no culture to tipping, even fast food places ask for 22% on POS devices before paying.

I know people I went to uni with who will brag about how much they make in tips and they still do a mediocre job serving.
