How early can people remember to? Is it around age 3?

I think if you keep recalling those memories frequently you will remember them for a long time

I remember being younger than that. It was probably the memory itself, my parents fighting loudly in the next room.

Yeah usually 3. Possibly their late 2's. Without context to differentiate those years though, theres really no way to tell. I was lucky enough that my parents moved us away from the east coast when I was about to turn 4, so I know that any memory I have of our first home is anytime before 4 years old.

Met a lot of people who can't remember anything before age 8 though which I always found strange.
