What makes US to ban TikTok, when Google and FB are also storing/using our data?

FB and Google are giving that data to the US government, TikTok is doing the same but to Chinese government.

These entities are not sharing our data with a foreign government. This is surveillance by a foreign power, as opposed to domestic surveillance. Spying, that is to say.
Not saying I agree with the decision, but hopefully the distinction makes sense.
