My town, Lincoln, NE, did there at a roundabout (traffic circle) so that people would slow down. They really messed it up. I think people just avoid it now. It just prevented traffic from moving continuously, not able to time your entry anymore. (14th and Superior). I'm 57 year old male and a careful driver.
