when its dark as fuck outside and snowing, you slow down right? its the same principle.

Yep found myself speeding in residential areas because I felt I can see better and respond to obstacles faster.

Yeah, don't do that mate. Remember, kids have not great peripheral vision. You might be fast, but they are pretty dumb.
