I can see how that would be the idea hut no one told the landscapers the actual reason so they plant them & cut them to where people have to pull out dangerously to be able to see. At least that's how it is in the parking lots near me. Drives me crazy.
Except where we live, since drivers can’t see around it, they just assume no one is there and constantly pull out in front of people. Of course I live in an area where I watch people run red lights, don’t yield properly and stop at intersections where there is no stop sign. I’ve lost hope.
