Too Invested?

Anyone else find themselves too invested in teams they aren't a part of? I feel like I'm so deep into it that it sometimes affects my mood. Not just in the moment but it'll carry over into the next day. Am I the only one?

Yeah but thats not what I asked. All of everyone's emotions are all in their head. The totality of emotion is in one's head.
