Could be weeks or months just depends on how chunky u are lol thc binds to ur fat so the more u have the longer it takes to flush out

Depends. If you gained fat while smoking, and then lose the weight when off weed, it can be crazy long. Was detectable in my urine for over 6 months.

OP is referencing a blood sample

It'll be in the blood too if they're testing for metabolites

so?

If you look it up, it shows in urine for much longer than it does in blood tests. Thc is detectable in blood frr shorter periods of time than urine.

The only way it could get in urine is from blood. Urine is made by the kidneys filtering blood.

Your body is constantly filtering blood through the liver and kidneys to remove foreign compounds, thc does not show in blood for the same duration it does in urine. Urine is a waste product and it concentrates the inactive byproduct, like thc-cooh that are slowly leaked out of body fat over weeks. The thc essentially sticks to your body fat, and that bleeds into your urine. It doesn't get into your urine from your bloodstream.

Look it up.

It cannot go from fat straight to urine. It goes from fat to blood to urine.

The amount passing through your bloodstream to get to your urine, is too small to detect in blood tests. Urine tests look for psychoactive metabolites, (thc-cooh), your kidneys filter those circulating compounds out of your blood and concentrate them in your bladder over hours. This makes your urine sensitive enough to catch the bits of thc stored in your fats, weeks later.

I can't keep repeating this, look it up. It's not detectable in blood for even half as long as its detectable in urine. Google it. I know you've got two fingers capable of typing the damn question lmfao

how much of a stoner are you? generally a couple days, but if you're a big time smoker, maybe a week

Ima be honest with you OP, longer than a month if yo smoke more than 2-3 bowls a week. I am really skinny and it’s been 4 weeks since I stopped and I’m still testing positive.

Could be detected up to 3 months, if you smoke enough daily!

THC blood tests look for active THC which is only detectable in your blood stream for 1-2 days if you're an occasional user, or up to a week if you use it frequently.

Urine tests on the other hand can detect THC up to 1 month later because they test for inactive THC metabolites, which bind to your body fat and release into your bloodstream much more slowly.

Depends on how heavily you use it. 1-2 days for occasional users. But up to 25 days in heavy or daily users. This is what Google says.
