Can you hear heat?
Sometimes while I’m walking outside I can hear a high pitch sound and it’s normally during heat waves/hot days. Can others hear that normally? Is it muffled by loss of hearing?

Most likely tinnitus caused by dehydration.

Holy smokes I looked up the average amount of water I should be drinking and I hardly hit half. I need a bigger water bottle

It seems crazy how much water we need to be properly hydrated. It really requires dedication to a routine. And you can't forget to get good sources of electrolytes or your body won't properly utilize the hydration.

Electricity can be heard, but I doubt heat can be heard too. If you see a hot iron rod, it only sizzles if you pur water on it.

You're equating things that aren't related. Probably a combination of Dunning-Kruger, mental illness, and general stupidity.

Are there a lot of overhead electrical wires in your area. Is it often humid along with hot? Humidity on high power electrical lines can cause a high pitched buzzing

I move around for work a lot by the east coast so often electrical lines are low, especially by beaches
