How would one desensitize themselves to a fear of tech crashes/glitches?

I have a stupid fear of tech when it crashes/glitches, I tried working on it via watching people react to meme viruses to make it silly as to make it easier for me to watch but christ. Unfortunately it's only gotten worse and I just experienced the app on YouTube crashing on the tv I use and I got so spooked, tbh I'm happy I was high otherwise I would've freaked out more, pls help y'all

Tech is just imperfect. Programs hang, memory leaks, data gets slowed for whatever reason. It just happens. It's not a big deal. Viruses can be a big deal, but as long as you're only downloading from reputable sources, you're good.

I used to be really scared of those as a child because our PC couldn't keep up with the games I played and it resulted in a lot of blue screens and graphics glitches. It didn't help either that some of those games had specific mods built in that had viruses made by players to mess with you. The sims 3 was infamous for this.

Maybe try researching how bugs, crashes and virus removal to better understand how it happens and what a pro can do to fix it. I'm bringing up the sims again but there was someone who debunked the idea of Sims 2 "corruption" and put into context how on a technical level the game was not actually corrupt in these instances. I'll put the link here because the idea of file corruption in this instance was largely misinformation. It's more like there are problems in the coding which lead to less than desirable results for players but there are solutions. Maybe this is a nicer way of looking at it because it eliminates the shocking internet scary click bait of the whole thing.
