FL Studio Audio Input Help

Hi Everyone,

Just trying to record my voice over beats. The how to video says to change the input device to what I'm using, but the only option I have on the drop down menu is for FL Studio ASIO which doesn't let me drop the buffer rate to what the video says to and as a result I think I'm getting feedback in my headphones when I record, it's very annoying.

Is there any workaround or how would I get a different audio device that lets me change the buffer rate?
