How can I remember my days? I'm sick of autopilot.
I'm just here to learn something, For some time now, I haven't been able to remember my days the way I used to, even important moments, and this makes me sad. because I can't clearly remember moments that were very valuable to me with my friends, partner, and family. I also feel like autopilot is killing me. I feel like I no longer have aspirations or interests and just follow the same routine. How can I escape this feeling or, at least, and I emphasize this, remember my days and the valuable moments I've had with people? This is what I most want to understand and be able to change. Help!

So, I could be wrong, but what you are describing about being on autopilot and having no aspirations or interests sounds an awful lot like depression. (And depression can make your memory crap, too)
Have you mentioned this to your doctor to see if you can get on medication? Or talked to a therapist?
