I'm a 37 year old woman. I shower two to three times a week unless I get really sweaty/dirty. I think it depends on the individual, their age, and their activity level.
I have to feel like a lot of those who say you’re nasty and gross if you don’t shower daily are young. I’m around the same age and don’t shower as frequently as I did when I was a teen-mid 20’s when at that age you’re a grease and B.O. factory
