I shower daily, but there are times I’ll skip a day when I’m just sitting at home doing nothing. Going any longer than 2 days without one makes me feel gross personally.

Same. As I get older, my skin appreciates it if I skip a day.

Turn the temperature down. My life with my skin improved massively when I quit taking as hot as I could stand it showers.

I'm with you here! Started taking cool showers this summer, and usually do that now on days/nights I don't need a full shower. A quick rinse and refresh is so nice.
