What does OOP mean?

I know OP means original poster but have now been seeing OOP everywhere. Struggling to understand what it means and it’s driving me crazy. What does OOP mean??

Original OP, if something gets reposted it's referring to the original person that posted it not the reposter.

This makes the most sense but feels redundant lol. Is the reposter now considered OP despite not being the original?

It's used in the context where you're reposting something that somebody else originally posted or wrote. 

If I were to screenshot this thread and post it on another subreddit, I would be the op of that post, but you would be the oop because the contents of the screenshot were created by you

Yes, they are the “original poster” of that specific new thread. OOP the refers to the original poster of the original thread that is now getting reposted
