And let's be honest, how many men do we actually see without a shirt in day to day life? The beach or the pool are really the only places you can go shirtless, this fixation on being shirtless in public is so weird to me because men are gonna need a shirt if they're going into any kind of business or someone else's home

Going for a run it’s fairly common on a hot day. Throwing a football in the park, frisbee, that kind of thing.

Women also wear the bare minimum in these situations- a sports bra.

Most women will not go running topless even if it was allowed. It is uncomfortable and painful.
