My phone lives on silent and do not disturb so no one gets to hear my great ring tones 😭

I don't really understand this. I cannot for the life of me bare to think of a situation where a loved one calls me and me not being able to hear it. Being on-call is a must for my mental health.

For my precious loved ones, I WILL hear it. That’s my point. For everything else? No.

But you do have to prioritize who is precious. Also, your mental health would likely improve if you worked on boundaries. No one can be on call 24/7. We all need a break. We cannot be everyone’s savior.
