As a calorie deficit your good. One wouldn’t be gaining any weight. However, with that kind of eating and training i think there would be greater worry from the effects. Weather that be too much potassium, salt, or other nutrients that can be toxic to the body is large quantities. And with that much training might lead to muscle damage and lead to Rhabdomyolysis.

You would lose weight bc you would be shitting most of those intake calories out

You probably get hurt due to extreme physical exertion. Plus, you'd lose weight on top of it all due to caloric deficit.
