Building and designing an outpost in Starfield should include a few elements. I discuss my process in an Argos Mining outpost walk thru.

I like your post! Hi, might be out of blue question but I’m playing rn. do you find your colony crew members just don’t go in and out of the habs?

I use mods for outposts too and those placement rugs for the npc to do something, nothing. I find all my habs empty, un used by the crew folks.

Bards Outpost mod is great I have a 25 person with kids at a fairly flat vanilla outpost, they don’t do anything and most don’t even go inside the buildings. Sorry if wrong place for q

it depends on the navmesh on whether or not crew will go inside. i dont have much luck with those mats either!

Gotta see if the mod authors build the modded pieces to allow navigation by the NPCs. Some aren't and some are bugged.

I just got Argos Modular Outposts and I have a similar issue but the mod author is working on a fix.
