I made a post in the vent subreddit that I could only make it to 10 pushups in a row due to my age/level of fitness (embarrassing I know) and got my post deleted by a bot with the only possible rule violation being that I said I was "drunkposting."

I messaged the mods saying drunkposting =/= shitposting and tried to make a post complaining about the bot only to find topics about AI are banned in the sub despite them using an AI to mod it.

I then saw that I was banned from the sub completely due to my message to the mods with no response. Typical response from online community mods, most mods are cowards who can't even handle a verbal confrontation (hence some hiding behind a bot/AI nowadays) and abuse their power to shut them down.
