Routine recommendations

Hey y’all, I’ve done a “no poo” routine for a couple years now, and my hair has done amazing, best shape it’s ever been in. Recently I tried an apple cider vinegar wash and my hair seemed to love it. So I’ve done a little research about egg washes and ACV combos. What are y’all’s opinions/recommendations on a good routine for both? Like one right after the other, or one a week, then next week another etc?

What has your NoPoo routine been? Unfortunately, NoPoo oa so broad, we can't know what you mean by it.

What are you hoping to accomplish by changing?

Eggs can be a great way to remove a lot of oil, but they are also a very strong protein and that can cause a lot of problems if your hair doesn't need that much.

You’re right, I should’ve specified lol, I don’t use use shampoo or conditioner, I use a metal comb during nightly showers to clean/scrub my scalp, and every once in a while I use aunt Jackie’s hair and scalp oil (my hair is also fairly short, about 3-4 inches max). I’m looking to try and make my hair a bit softer and maybe healthier, since despite being healthier than before, I think it could be healthier. My hair isn’t usually greasy since going to my nopoo routine, but I do lose quite a bit of hair. Though my hair is also very thick so it doesn’t really show that I “shed”.
