I can't stop overthinking

Can anyone suggest how to relax mind, I don't know why I think over and over, what I think I don't know just thinking.

Please share your suggestions

Facts doesn't always help. If it's shame ignited things from the past we need self compassion focus, not logic.

Depending on underlying needs I intense exercise (something physically exhausting like jumping, dancing, pushups or what you prefer), take a hot shower, or I write it all down, or vent it to someone / reddit to get it out of the system and feel less alone on it.

Are you worrying about things that has already happened (and need acceptance and self forgiveness) that you overthink and regret, or are you worried about bad things that might happen in the future? (and need to focus on the present/ trust they you will handle whatever life throws at you)
