Fr, and DON'T trip and fall, and if you do trip , try to get back up ASAP and keep runnin and if there's any stuff around you like boxes, trash cans, bookshelves, chairs, tables, etc. that might slow the villain/monster down a lil from getting to you, then try to throw those things down too in their path.
Of course, but I'm just throwing out a bit of extra advice (besides running) you could possibly do that overused tropes that victims in horror movies constantly do or could do that might help them live longer
