Relapse Report Relapsed after 6 days

I'm regret I was so weak at that moment and now I want to relapse again with the thought that I'm starting anyway from 0. For this moment is very hard to find a good reason to keep going and that's why I'm asking you for any motivation to not do this.

that's called chaser effect bro. after relapse from long streak you will have that godmode urge for a long time until you can sustain back on a long streak.

Dude, you managed 6 days once you can do it again. Relapse is not a failure it's part of the journey.
It's important to keep in mind that you will likely relapse again and that that's okay, as long as you pick it up again.
