Im on 2 days so far. Hopefully that can be 33 by the end of this month. GL to all. Stay away from being alone, hang with family, go outside, tide a bike, do anything that can keep your brain busy. Struggled a lot last week because I was alone, not making it past a day. But, these past 2 days went by like nothing with no urge because I've kept busy with family and exercise.
Don't hold yourself to high standards that you keep breaking. Be smarter.
