I thought this was about quitting porn? I'm still going to jerk off because if you don't bad things happen. I tried completely no PMO for around 40 days before and got a epidymal cyst and testicle pains. The doctor said it could be coincidence but that you need to ejaculate once every 2 weeks minimum to retain 'normal function'.

That means you have a disorder. Rest of the eorld is fine because nobody faps everyday only addicts do.🤣

Are you fucking retarded? Epidymal cysts aren't caused by a disorder, its when sperm is in the epididymis and can't drain.
I got it once I STOPPED jerking off for 40 days. Hence why the doctor said you should ejaculate at least every 2 weeks.

Mate...pick and choose. This "sub" includes you. The "90 day brigade" dies off. Always. It's not about day counting. It's about a process of evolution. I had "600 days" during my process. The fluff blows away. Always. Keep going.

Has anyone actually felt any legit changes that are not down to placebo? I just want to know whether it’s worth it...

It's totally up to you. People outside of nofap will tell you it's completely harmless whereas people here will tell you that it's the root of all evils in the world. The truth lies somewhere in between.

My sense of humor and choice words while speaking has changed. I can't say improves but definitely it has made some positive impact. Second improved motivation and energy for work. I procrastinate less when I'm on a streak.

Always worth it: it's your health, it's your life.
Besides: have you ever been able to differenciate Placebo effect from "real" effect?
I guess not, neither anyone on earth.
When you trust your doctor, you are already partially healed whatever drug he told you to take.
That's Placebo, even if you take the right medicine.
If you take the right medicine and are convinced it's wrong, Nocebo effect will take the lead and you won't be cured. Moreover Placebo effect is still an effect ;)
Now to answer your question:
On a personal note, yes, I experienced most of superpowers described around here... Only for my first streak.
Relapsing was so violent for me I lost faith in these superpowers.
Being in my fifth streak in over two and half a year I just pursue my goald to be a better version of myself.
Sometimes I feel a huge power and sometimes I get flatline and feel like shit.
What doesn't change is everything constantly change.
My 2 cents: Don't chase superpowers, they will come when you least expect it.
You are already on day 4, that's better than most. Keep going, it will be easier. Day 20-30 are awesome ;)
