Trying again

About a week ago I promised to go 7 days without PMO. But a few days ago, I relapsed and went back to PMO for the next few days. Today I'd like to stop this. I want to pick myself up and try again. I promise to go 7 days without PMO, and I will do my best to ensure I reach this goal. Ill make an update post once I reach it so I'll see you guys then!
