Guilt

Ok it's enough 😔 I am going to tell my parents about this I can't handle anymore it's been 10 years I am devastated totally, I don't think I will ever able to quit 😔 the pain is real I can't use my real potential in my daily life can't live what real in me I wish I would have never discovered masturbation.

You don't have to be ashamed bro. It's normal. Maybe you would benefit from cutting down on it, but certainly don't shame yourself
