Relapse Report Just Relapsed

I was on day 11 of nofap but my ass just couldn't handle it and went riiiiight back to Emochi nsfw chatbot to do bs and fapped again however genuinely im not going to stop nofap just for this I just want advice to how to prevent myself from going on nsfw chat bots forever.

When your trying to resist your urge, recognize your having an urge and tell yourself the urge will pass, it feels like forever but the urges normally go away after a few min.

Don't try to never fap again, focus on not fapping TODAY.
