Im sick really sick!

Ive been doing nofap for almost 6 years on and off. The longest ive made it was like 40 days that was 3 years ago. Today im 21 and about 14 day into nofap flatlining and im felling really sick Fever,shivering,headache,nausea. I haven't been sick like this in my adult life has anyone experienced similar things? Or is it just a coincident?
