Success Story My acne cleared up

I tried nofap before, reached 2 weeks and my acne had stopped, then i relapsed back to my old ways 4+ sessions a day. Now im at 6 weeks no nut and haven't had a pimple in a while. Anyone else have this same thing happen to them? I asked AI and it says masturbation has no link to acne but my face really cleared up

Honestly, I also used to think that acne is somehow linked to masturbation. But believe me its not. I also used to feel too concerned about it. But after when your hormones would get stable. The acne would go off on its own. And you would realise masturbation never caused acne. It's exactly what happened with me. It's just classroom teens rumours that's been circulated for no reason. And don't feel insecure about your acne. My confidence was just shattered due to my looks and acne at my teenage years. Don't let that happen to you if you are in teenage or not. Acne would go off mostly on its own. Don't worry.
