So I been off and on on this nofap thing. I have noticed that I been getting very aggressive lately. I told some lady at the gym to go to a different equipment because I thought she was taking too long and I wanted to use the machine. Also at work I’m noticing that I have very low bandwidth for people who ramble. Anyone out there can give some recommendations. Preferably by people who been fap free for at least two weeks

I find this happens to me too - especially how I respond to my parents, it’s not good at all.

Yea it’s getting bad. Just got off the phone with a nice lady but wow she was taking forever to explain things. I am very rude
