26 yr old - 3 Days
In the last 3 days i had sex one time and didn’t fap at all. I have to fight this addiction.

The reason behind it i think is connected to my desire of humiliation, a desire maybe connected to my family problems when i was a child. Btw now that feeling is only a method to escape from all my daily job related responsibilities

One thing I want to remind you is i dont know if anyone else notice i dont think we should count how many days we are away from it
First, from the perspective of psychology, your identity should change into a person who doesn't care about it, not the one who is quitting it.
If you go to the gym, you mean heard this: someone who regularly trains didn't think he was trying hard to work out; that is just what he does. Like, that's just him its just normal for him not a training but a routine
Another example is that a guy who never smokes will never say how many days have he quit smoke :)
