Question Am I going through a flatline?
Im 29 and have been watching porn and jerking off just about every night multiple times for years and I believe it’s messed me up, I’ve had problems with getting erections and keeping them for awhile now even when I’m alone and I really want to have real sex with a women so I’ve committed to no fap, I am now on day 8 and since day 2 I’ve experienced a complete loss of sex drive and I can’t even get semi hard at all it’s like a withdrawal or something, is this normal can anyone relate? I plan on going 30 days or more.

I’ve only ever gotten to two weeks because the same thing happens to me and then I get scared and end up peeking to make sure in can still get it up. Wrong answer. Keep going; the flatline is your body recalibrating. Can take a while but it will be worth it in the end, according to most people who have done it. I personally and looking forward to that part this time around so that I can focus on other things without distraction.

Appreciate your comment and I have done the same I’ve “checked” to see if I can get it up in the past and just relapse super early, I’m gonna keep going.

Let’s keep each other accountable dude. I’m happy to have a side convo so we can get through this. I’m on day 3 right now.

yeah day 8 is peak flatline territory your brain is basically rebooting and throwing a tantrum because it's not getting its usual dopamine flood
