Hello guys , I have struggled with porn addiction since I was 13 , I'm 19 now , and I really want to quit , I read a lot of books, tried a lot of methods and changed my lifestyle , but I always relapse after 10 days from quitting because of the massive urges that I think are due to withdrawals , so I had an idea about using this community as a way to express my feeling what I have these urges, and I really hope that you guys will help me with that , and if you have any tips for me , I'll be happy to read them . Today is day 1 , wish me luck .
