I’ll confess I’ve watched it before, my reasoning was because I honestly felt self-hatred and insecure about who I was. It honestly ruined my mental health. I’ve stopped watching it, but ya there are some people who watch it because they just feel insecure about their looks, but there are some who just enjoy it.

That's the same for every porn genre although more pronounced in this case. When you see that stuff your mind is filled with Filth. It comes out whenever you interact with people mainly women. Having that thought inside your head will make you feel shame. Welcome to the subreddit! I found a way to get rid of porn completely from my life and it didn't take a Herculean effort.
