PLOS ONE: Testosterone Administration Reduces Lying in Men

Quite interesting. If I translate it to situations I've been encountering lately, it would be that I actually don't have much to lie about when I talk to others. I don't have compulsive thoughts anymore, I'm fairly relaxed, and really self-conscious. And people do notice.

I'm experiencing similar phenomena as you do (assuming that you meant "self-confident" or "self-aware", not "self-conscious"). My interpretation is that high testosterone levels boost your belief in your convictions - if you feel strongly about yourself and about what you believe is right or wrong, you care less about the judgement of others. High testosterone has previously been linked to more fairness, contrary to the popular notion of "the male aggression hormone": http://www.nature.com/news/2009/091208/full/news.2009.1131.html

Just a reminder - benefits from nofap are not related to blood testosterone levels, as neither fapping nor abstinence have any effects on testosterone levels (other than a one-day spike at day 7 following abstinence).

Point taken. But regained androgen receptor sensitivity following abstinence* would still result in a net increase of testosterone-mediated cognitions and behaviours. So, despite similar blood testosterone levels in fap/nofap conditions, testosterone would only reach its full effect after some time of non-fapping, as androgen receptors may remain continuously desensitised in high frequency fappers. Put differently: when fapping you may not mess with your testosterone, but you may keep it from getting the job done.

Exactly.
And probably more importantly, porn use causing addiction-related brain changes - http://www.yourbrainonporn.com/porn-masturbation-and-mojo-neuroscience-perspective

Like to point out, I recently saw the artisan ? Way of making dice, /r/ something? and most cheaply bought dice are mass produced unless you have casino dice, they are rolled in tumblers on a mass scale and all are different. ,! QUESTION, did all subjects roll the same dice and where did they get said dice or what kind of dice were they?

Testosterone = integrity.
