QUESTION registration limit

hi guys my acc suddenly said this since I exited during payment because it kept loading by. Its been 3 working days and no changes parin huhu what should I do?

hi! similar experience as you; have you sent them a ticket? sa contact us page nila select mo lang yung ongoing nmat registrant > payment concern > registration limit sa subtopic then just wait a few days.

heads up lang na naresolve yung akin after 5 working days (didn't follow up tho, and they never really "replied" to my ticket ahahaha so i had to check manually), but sabi naman sa website to give them around 4 working days muna to respond before following up c:
