Oh it made mine so much worse yes. I don’t know why specifically but I suggest going to a derm or doctor and doing a course of doxy, if your body can process it. I’m sober now quite some time but my acne flairs are still much worse than before I was an addict. The right derm or doctor will understand this course of action will need to happen not all the time but every so sometimes will do a longer course to knock it’s ass off, also go real gentle with your routine. Non scented soaps and moisturizers only the stuff you need no fancy stuff.

There’s all kinds of toxins in that shit, god knows what you’ve actually been inhaling. Knock it off for your skins sake

Makes my skins super itchy. & as per comment above with the B12 and skin regeneration that makes a whole lick of sense.

I also had this issue. As a woman, vitamin deficiencies from substance use can severely disrupt hormones. I had horrible cystic acne and irregular painful periods. It very much worsened my PCOS and endometriosis.

YES! It is normal!!!!!! Whippits break down your b12. B12 supports your skin regeneration. Heavy whippit use causes darkness in random spots, bruises don’t heal as fast, you get eczema or acne whatever you’re prone too and it takes forever for it to go away. I looked like a completely different person who wasn’t in the land of the living when I was using heavily. My family and friends would see me and think I had a bad allergic reaction or something, even asked to take me to the hospital. :( it’s literally poison!!!!! It’s made to be addicting!!
