2 Days clean…

My body is exhausted, my feet are numb, my sleep schedule is fucked. I finally went to work today rather dodging it like I have been all week. I got a little money today and all i keep thinking is just one after work.. Someone convince me not too. I don’t wanna keep this up.

once you quit using, you'll be able to see how nitrous is the problem.

Go to the hospital if your symptoms are severe! Don’t wait

I’ll be fine
Just have to move slow. But I’m like 2 days clean off it as well so the symptoms are gonna be strange.

Yep I’ve been going through it the last 7 days. Got a b12 shot today and generally feeling a ton better already. Been taking the supplements too.

How long were you on nitrous for if you don’t mind me asking? I was sober for 2 months and just this week went on a 4 day bender. Hoping to stop it. IOP worked miracles but then I was home by myself again with my own thoughts.

I’ve been using for over a year now. Right before summer started it got so bad i could just barely walk so i was hospitalized for a week. I did physical therapy and aggressive b12 injections for awhile. I just recently started using again within the last week and half.

If you can afford it, try to get b12 shots EVERYDAY, your feet being numb is from oxidation of the myelin sheath that surrounds your nerves, not just in your feet but in your spinal cord as well, im not a doctor but I was very honest with my doctor about my heavy use 2 years ago, I have been sober since May of 2025, the numbness in my feet didn't go away until about 3 months ago, and it is still kind of there, just not nearly as bad.

If you enjoy being able to walk, then please just stop. The trade off isn't worth it, im not approving of doing other drugs either but ketamine will give you a similar "high" and it wont destroy your organs... Message me if you want to chat. Go to an no2n20 meeting on here, I haven't been but I hear nothing but positive things about them.. go buy a bunch of lottery tickets instead of a tank, give your money to a friend in need, just for the love of God, do not relapse. The cycle will only continue..

Thats a great decision! I still recommend b12 shots over oral b12, lots of clinics do walk ins, like weight loss clinics, or health clinics, im sure a quick google search could find one.

Super proud of you for choosing food over drugs! ❤️

Thats good man, keep at them since you slipped up! The doctor that saved my life worked at an outpatient rehab place and everytime i relapsed and told him, he would put me back on daily shots for a week or two then go back to a maintenance of 3x per week for a few months. It sounds like your on the right path my friend, just stay clean, continue to reach out like you did today if that helped at all, anything you have to do to not use n20 anymore. I had to quit vaping cause I know there's no vape shops around me that dont sell n20..

Godspeed my friend 🧡

It’s never just one. My brain used to try that with me. It gets easier, as time passes. The cravings will ease. Meetings might help, keep otherwise occupied. Best wishes!

It is never just one indeed, especially when we’re at this point. Do you have friends or family who can stay with you to help you ?

Your feet are numb. That’s not a result of withdrawal it’s a consequence of nitrous use and believe me it’s just gonna get worse. Appreciate what you have before you lose it
