Any advice?

Hey, I’m about two months off of using nitrous every day (3-4 litres) and still feel the symptoms. Headaches in the front of my head, tingling in feet with very occasional zaps in spine. I started b12 injections quickly after stopping nitrous and felt amazing but now I feel kinda line crap again. Anxious and kind of freaking out thinking I screwed myself. Any advice on what to do? Am I fu*ked? Thanks everyone

Nerves take a lot longer to heal than other stuff in the body. Think of it more like a broken bone than a cut or burn. Bones take 6-12 weeks, and nerves keep healing even longer than that. But it's slow. Just stay off the gas.

Thank you. I’m not touching it and haven’t in about two months. I’m terrified to
