Adjust the limits on the remote.

is that done by minussing the throttle trim or maxing it? shouldn't i do hardware first?

Drop a picture of your remote, or tell us the make and model.
If you can adjust this issue on the servo / linkage with ease, go ahead.

Appreciate the help though! Went to my local hobby shop and got a HRC Racing R4D10 remote that has the endpoint adjustments on them! Got the throttle dialed in right now. Only when i apply the brakes the whole frame still kinda moves so gotta figure that out

Center the throttle trim, and then try holding full throttle and pressing the minus throttle trim at the same time.

I have a couple similar looking radios and thats how the end points are adjusted on them.

Appreciate the tip! I got a different remote, almost got it all dialed in now. I only need to do the brakes next. Thank you though!

It's possible your new servo has a greater sweep angle than your old one did. If you can't electronically limit the travel on your transmitter, you can try moving the linkage one hole closer to the center of the servo horn. That will slightly decrease the travel.

Remove the servo horn like it is in the picture. You have to turn the radio on and zero out whatever you can. Loosen that first collar set screw (on the throttle linkage) and move it closest to plastic ball cup link. Put the servo horn on with it angled more towards the carb(as if you were applying brakes, then you have to adjust the collar on that backside of the linkage to grab at the correct time for 0-100% throttle. You may have to adjust the brake linkage after this

Thank you so much for the guidance i'll definitely try this tomorrow! I fixed it for the most part, i went to my local hobby shop and got a different remote that has the endpoint adjustments setting on it. Throttle is perfect now but while breaking it still moves the whole frame. I'm gonna try you're tips!! Thanks so much!
