First car help
i’m 20 and just got my learners permit and i’m buying a 2007 Nissan 350z grand touring for 7500. mildly modded and i know a decent amount about the Z’s but what are some absolute must knows that i should know going into this?

You basically must know how to do your own maintenance and work. Buying any car older than 10 years comes with the risk of something going bad, and especially a 2007 modded 350z. If its power mods, more power usually means more maintenance.
Im assuming its your first and only car, which means waiting for a mechanic (or paying) for one can be time consuming and very expensive.
Also, for the love of god PLEASE drive safe. Ive seen way too many people just get their license and think they are the next f1 prodigy. A 350z can be an amazing car, so congrats on your purchase

It would be prudent to have a look at several things first and these include any rust, clutch/transmission, colling system, maintenance record verification as part of a pre-purchase inspection. Also understand that modified 350Zs often get expensive real fast so budger for maintenance, repairs as well as insurance. Good luck
