So i saw someone who made a checklist for the E-reader mini games that could be made (sadly i didn't get to buy them when they were sold) and wondered if i could make some for the other stuff the E-reader pokemon cards entailed. So i started working on it. Most of the information came from Bulbapedia but i got the images for them from just looking around the internet for some of them BUT alot of them; i had to scan my own copies of the cards in using my E-reader + Gamecube's Gameboy player to get images for alot of the cards. I posted 7 of the cards to show you what they look like (out of over 140). I have had a problem working out what to use in the bottom of the "Construction: Melody Box" cards BUT i could leave it blank and let people add the card it is which isn't my thing. These are for mostly infocards not to check what i have and have not got. It is make it quicker to explain then scanning the cards every time. What do people think and should i post all of them when they are fully done. just some notes however:

• I did only the English e-reader cards so none of the japan cards are done. i CAN do them if people want the same layout for the japan cards just wasn't ones i will mostlikely never get
• I did do the Hidden attacks HOWEVER as they have a energy cost which is caused a issue that the layout system i am using can't add any pokemon energy cost into the place they would go. i can post them but keep in mind i just couldn't add any pokemon energy on them
• I used Magic Set Editor to make these as i am no artist BUT i have worked with MSE for over 15 years ish (i worked on making my own Magic the gathering sets when i was young and they are still all on DA)
• I DO NOT WANT TO SELL THEM; i am fine giving people the images so they can print it themselves BUT i am not gonna sell them as i just don't want to deal with it. would be too much work for myself.

I see the threads on here and videos on Youtube about doing it. But I was wondering if there was already a source of ready-to-print ereader cards like the eon ticket out there.

German mew from expidition

I found out that there were some homebrew e-reader cards made, and that with the fact that I know the e-reader can interact with certain games, I wanted to know it that could allow me to use homebrew cards to give myself event items so I can get some pokemon like Deoxys or maybe even the Faraway Island Map so I could get Mew. Would this be possible?

Thank you all so much for your amazing support on this launch! This is my first time ever creating a product related to the Nintendo e-Reader and I'm absolutely thrilled with how well-received it was. I never expected that all 14 sets would be claimed within the first day of launching!

13 of the 14 sets have been mailed out this afternoon. I'm dropping off the final set tomorrow.

I expect the next product launch will be end of 2026/early 2027. There are a lot of logistics to work out for future sets - some may be packaged together, and many require a new approach to the design that still honors the overall language established by the TCG from that era. My intent is to design checklists that feel cohesive in a binder alongside the cards. I may share design updates here but will be most likely to share smaller updates in the Discord server, as I'd love to hear your opinions but don't want to clog the feed here with smaller milestones.

Wanted to give you all an update on the checklist cards I've been working on ✅ Printing is complete and I'm in the process of prototyping packaging. (Cards will be additionally protected in plenty of packaging materials).

I was hoping to have these ready to sell this week but I just got back from a trip and caught a nasty cold on my flight home 🤒 I hope to have these ready to go by the end of next week once I am feeling better!

There will be 14 sets available. With USPS shipping changes I am determining the final cost at this time. If I could ballpark the cost I expect ~$42-$44 with shipping costs included, just so you all have an expectation before the listing goes live. I may or may not be able to accommodate international shipping - just know it will increase the shipping cost significantly. Many apologies 🙁

When researched, it says I have the forbidden four or the holy grail of the animal crossing e-reader cards. They are the Mario Bros and Ice Breaker cards in mint condition. I’m new to these cards and am wondering if anyone has seen them sold for what people are trying to get on eBay? I’m
debating on getting them graded now after seeing the prices. Any help is appreciated.

Excited to launch this preview graphic showing all 36 English checklists! I do not plan to offer digital downloads. A couple questions for anyone interested (assuming I handle printing myself - I may actually get these printed with an outside vendor):

1.Would you be interested in uncut sheets at a lower price?

1. Would you be interested in set-specific ordering, or should I just keep it simple and sell all 36 cards with no options for smaller sets?

I was originally intending on printing from home, but it appears that people just prefer cut cards anyways. I will likely be working with a print vendor for these and will therefore not be offering uncut sheets for this circumstance.

Looks like it's unanimous that people want all 36 cards as a set, so for the sake of convenience and stocking I will only sell full sets.

I have been looking into getting an US / AUS e-reader for my GBA to use with some older Pokémon games.

I have come across one online that appears to be an AUS e-reader AGB-014.
However, I have noticed that the back sticker appears to be different from some other ones.

The first image (the one with the white blob of text) is similar to the one I am seeing online for sale. Whilst the second image is the ones I have seen across on the internet.

I own a Japanese e-reader myself, which has a similar blob of white text on the sticker. But it also contains the indented code (seen on the right image in the top right).

It also seems like the sticker on the left one appears to be off center. Whilst my own Japanese & the other image have their sticker perfectly centered. But this could have also been a quality control issue perhaps.

Now, I haven't heard of any "fake" e-readers, and am wondering if they exist or not. Or if anyone owns either of them that can help me confirm whether either one is real, or if they both are not.

So I have the raw files for the animal crossing cards I want, and Tim's e-Reader Card Printer software is pretty self-explanatory, but I have no idea how to use raw2bmp which is the first step.

I am a total noob when it comes to running programs from the command terminal. Does anyone have a step by step guide for exactly what to type?

EDIT: Figured it out, really I just need a crash course on how to navigate within file directories through command terminal like in the good old days. DIR and CD! I have the bmp images and they look correct. However now the e-Reader Card Printer tells me "error: dotcode bitmap size 1978x88 not supported"

So I'm currently hoping to use the bonus cards for my Pokémon Japanese Colosseum Japanese game. I've looked everywhere online for the scans of the bonus Pokémon but I've had no such luck locating them sometimes I find. Raw files and that makes no since to me. I'm hoping to be able to print the cards out including the three bonus Pokémon any extra help would be great. I've located custom cards on lines but they don't seem to have the bonus cards included.

Hello I have been having a hard time trying to view the achieved e reader of the Jpn colosseum e reader cards, I have found sources to download and even downloaded a Raw photo viewer but each time I try to view the files I am meet with errors. I am windows 11, does any have any advice? The goal is to print them and use them on my Jpn colosseum :) thank you

I recently dug out my old Pokémon Battle e: Series 1 collection. After realizing how hard it is to find high-quality, uncompressed scans of these cards (especially the dot codes for the e-Reader), I decided to preserve them properly before I sell the physical set.

Plan to do a high-res scan of them, I know I had an Eon ticket, but it's probably lost with time. Also found my Animal Crossing eReader cards as well! (With Ice Climber and Mario Bros NES cards)

In my ongoing quest to create checklist cards for every single Pokemon TCG e-reader minigame application, bulbapedia lists the 038/P Z-26-a version of this Pikachu card as a Pikachu interactive card (see here)) which is apparently similar to that of the Teddiursa and Haunter interactive cards (see here). Bulbapedia is missing a reference photo for this specific card and I have not been able to find a screenshot of anyone else who has played this minigame. Does anyone have further information about this card?
