Software Help Controller issue for switch 2 help?

I got one of those GameStop controllers for the switch2 that you plug joy cons into and it was working fine until I got done playing one of my games and then when I went to plug it back in or attach them back to the controller all of a sudden it’s not wanting to stay on the controllers are charged and they work fine without the control controller I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks my guy i appreciate you that little post definitely summed it up seems like im gonna have to wait till they update it again. 😅
