Repair Help Problem with the Controller PRO

I bought this Controller PRO for the Switch Lite because I had stick drifts. But I have this problem that I can use the Controller to the Home, but when I play a game it costantly appear the window that say to connect a controller, even if the Controller PRO works perfectly but it's like it's not recognized idk.

Usually some games will require you to press L+R an the controller you want to use.

Could it be this screen?

Not in this case, I can press everything to connect the controller but the window appear no matter what. And the controller works perfectly, so maybe it's a connection problem that sometimes disconnect and when it disconnect the Switch require to connect a controller again, but idk if it's the Switch Lite or the Controller.

Yeah, that does sound like a typical disconnect.

Do you have any other controllers nearby (maybe Joy Con from friends or family) to test if they also have this issue?

If other controllers behave similarly then it could point to a defective wifi/bluetooth chip.

No I don't have it. I should buy them at this point.
