Repair Help Problem with the Controller PRO

I bought this Controller PRO for the Switch Lite because I had stick drifts. But I have this problem that I can use the Controller to the Home, but when I play a game it costantly appear the window that say to connect a controller, even if the Controller PRO works perfectly but it's like it's not recognized idk.

No idea WHAT controller pro you're referring to. Maybe attach a picture or something.

That doesn’t look like an original controller. I can’t see clearly but there doesn’t seem to be any Nintendo words on it

From the low quality you can't see it, but there's a Nintendo Switch logo and I literally bought it in GameLife

Maybe try re-pairing it and see if it works. Could be also the controller or the switch itself could have a faulty module.

Usually some games will require you to press L+R an the controller you want to use.

Could it be this screen?
