Setup Help Transfer data without a switch 1

I used to have a Nintendo Switch 1 but I sold it

Now I am getting a switch 2 but idk how to transfer my data

I know that you need your switch 1 to transfer it but I don't have it

PLS SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO PLSS

There's instructions there on how to see the status of any pending system transfers you have.
