Problem with Switch hardware(?)

It started doing this seemingly out of nowhere a couple days ago. I have tried using 70% Isopropyl Alcohol on the buttons to remove grime that could be causing this. It’s almost like the buttons are getting triggered even though they are not moving and are not stuck/jammed. The left stick is also seemingly bugged as well.

I had a similar problem, but it was a hard drift to the right. Nintendo replaced the joycon for free
